I have earned my GRI, Graduate of Realtor Institute, my PSA, Pricing Strategy Advisor certification, as well as my CDPE, or Certified Distressed Property Expert, and CNE, or Certified Negotiation Expert, designations, and frequently attend industry related seminars and classes. Education is key, and I in turn like to educate my clients on the current market conditions, and the processes involved in both buying or in selling real estate.
